Staff also commented very favourably on the approach taken to encourage them and enable them to take critical decisions with the minimum referrals to senior management. This level of empowerment, according to employees, is one of the key reasons that staff turnover is low, comparatively speaking.
The structure of work is equally of a high quality, with all staff being clear on their roles and responsibilities and there was no incidences of duplication of effort being citied. Collaboration is highly valued amongst all levels of the organisation, with many situations being provided, for example between shifts and between the 2 floors.
